1. Introduction
This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on www.mallgroves.in, operated by Mallgroves (Heptagene Corporation).
2. Returns
- Return request within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
- Innerwear, sale items, and customized products may not be eligible for return
3. Return Process

- Provide order details and reason for return
- Pickup will be arranged after approval
4. Refunds
- Refund initiated after inspection
- Processed within 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it’s our error
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If unavailable, a refund will be processed.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation allowed before dispatch
- After shipping, cancellation is not possible
- Return can be requested after delivery
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Report within 48 hours with photos
- Replacement or refund will be provided
8. Force Majeure
Force Majeure Event: The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its control such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or logistics disruptions.
Suspension: Obligations may be temporarily suspended during such events.
Right to Cancel: Orders may be cancelled if delays continue. Refunds will be issued for undelivered items.
No Liability: No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
